Introduction to the capacity machine:
1: The battery capacity system is a high-precision universal battery sorting test equipment for lithium polymer batteries, lithium ion batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries, nickel cadmium batteries and ordinary disposable batteries.
2: It has the operation function of constant current charge and discharge and constant voltage charging, and it has no contact and smooth switching.
3: Flexible data acquisition function: timing sampling, voltage change value sampling, current change value sampling, capacity change value sampling, energy change value sampling, etc., making data drawing more accurate.
4: With dual-range current control, 200mA current file, can guarantee current in the range of 1~50mA, absolute error within 0.3mA, especially suitable for small-capacity nickel-metal hydride or lithium-ion batteries. The 2A or 3A current file completely matches the existing battery types, and one machine is versatile. This split model is the first in the industry.
5: The voltage and current outputs are controlled by closed-loop control, which can realize automatic tracking and adjustment of current and voltage in a very short time, and the control is accurate.
6: The first touch screen control, set the program, operation control, sorting operation, data graphics view and other functions and integration, so that the device can be completely completely out of the computer.
7: The whole machine adopts modular design, the basic battery control is a separate module, 8 control points per unit, controlled by 32-bit ARM high-performance single-chip microcomputer. Each module is completely independent and does not interfere with each other. If a module fails, it can be directly exited without affecting the use of other modules.
8: The device is fully software-calibrated without manual intervention. Once the calibration is complete, the report can be output for archiving. The system now supports a variety of high-precision multimeters from Agilent, Fluke, Escort and other brands as a calibration reference.
9: The tree connection between the capacity sharing machine and the computer is controlled hierarchically. Each computer can control up to 16 sub-capacitors, and multiple computers are connected to the data server through the network for data sharing.
10: The operating software interface of the system is simple and friendly, and provides display of various data parameters in real time. The control software has built-in powerful data graph analysis module, which can realize data and graphic combination and screening of various users; graphics and data functions. Support original image copying, so that users can compile various reports, view data parameters of each point, and browse the charge and discharge curve. The intelligent programming system can effectively guide users to compile the content sharing program.
11: The battery capacity function can realize point data division and graphic fitting and volume matching, and the matching is accurate and efficient. The sorting operation is simple and easy to operate on the touch screen.
