Introduction:
1: The first touch screen control, integrating the functions of setting program, running control, sorting operation, data graphic viewing, etc., so that the device can be completely separated from the computer.
2: The battery capacity system is a high-precision universal battery sorting test equipment dedicated to nickel-metal hydride batteries and nickel-cadmium batteries.
3: Operation function with constant current charge and discharge.
4: Flexible data acquisition function: timing sampling, voltage change value sampling, capacity change value sampling, energy change value sampling, etc., make data drawing more accurate.
5: With dual-range current control, 500mA (3A model) / 1A (5A, 10A models) current file, can ensure the current is accurate and stable in a small current range, especially suitable for small-capacity nickel-metal hydride batteries. The 3A, 5A, and 10A current files perfectly match the existing nickel-based batteries, and one machine is versatile. The split model is the first in the industry.
6: The current output adopts 16Bit high-precision digital-analog device, full-closed control, which can realize automatic tracking and adjustment of current and voltage in a very short time, with accurate control and conservative marking accuracy of 0.1%.
7: The number of battery series is 16pcs, which ensures that the voltage is within the safe voltage range.
8: The device is fully software-calibrated without manual intervention. Once the calibration is complete, the report can be output for archiving. The system now supports a variety of high-precision multimeters from Agilent, Fluke, Escort and other brands as a calibration reference.
9: The tree connection between the capacity sharing machine and the computer is controlled hierarchically. Each computer can control up to 16 sub-capacitors, and multiple computers are connected to the data server through the network for data sharing.
10: The operating software interface of the system is simple and friendly, and provides display of various data parameters in real time. The control software has built-in powerful data graph analysis module, which can realize data and graphic combination and screening of various users; graphics and data functions. Support original image copying, so that users can compile various reports, view data parameters of each point, and browse the charge and discharge curve.
