BCT series battery test system is a high-precision universal battery test equipment for lithium polymer batteries, lithium ion batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries, nickel cadmium batteries, lead acid batteries and ordinary disposable batteries. The BCT series not only has the functions of constant current charge and discharge, constant voltage charging, but also the new constant power discharge and constant resistance discharge function. With sophisticated voltage and current control and reliable data acquisition, various complex battery performance tests become Easy and simple.
The system adopts channel-type modular structure design, each channel has 16 control points, and each point operates completely independently. Each control point has constant voltage, constant current, constant power, constant load resistance and other control modes. Various operating parameters such as current and voltage can be programmed and controlled by the user. Users can assemble the system to form an integrated system of 16~2048 points according to different requirements, and perform complete control on one PC. The user can customize the total cabinet according to the needs of the battery holder.
The BCT series devices are all based on Analog Devices' 16Bit high-precision digital-analog devices, which provide excellent test accuracy and high reliability. The BCT0505-16D is a full-featured control unit of the BCT equipment series. It uses multi-range current technology and multi-point parallel technology to effectively extend the current range of a single test point to 0.01mA ~ 80A; users can also be in the same unit. It is easy to achieve any continuous test point parallel operation to get test current of ±10A, ±20A, or even ±80A, making it a universal device, which is the first choice for laboratory equipment.
The innovative patented design breaks through the rigid appearance of today's test cabinets. Not only the appearance is exquisite, the structure is compact, and it brings comprehensive safety performance. The in-line battery clamp effectively protects the battery from exposure to the external environment; the high-strength transparent plexiglass door up to 8mm thick provides effective protection for the operator.
The entire system uses an advanced automatic calibration system. Users only need to install a calibration probe to easily complete high-precision calibration work, completely abandoning the cumbersome hardware repairs, thus eliminating all possible human error. The system now supports a variety of high-precision multimeters from Agilent, Fluke, Escort and other brands as a reference standard.
The operation software interface of the system is simple and friendly, and provides a variety of data parameter display in real time. The control software has built-in powerful data graph analysis module, which can realize the data and graphic combination and screening required by various users; the graphics and data functions support the original The figure is copied to facilitate the user to compile various reports, view the data parameters of each point, and browse the charge and discharge curves. The intelligent programming system can effectively guide the user to prepare the test program.
